Beekeeping has existed for thousands of years. Find out more about beekeeping from Wakefield and Pontefract Beekeepers Association. Learn how people look after bees, and meet the bees!

Free nature-themed event at Pontefract Castle for May half term.

Bookable SEND session: 10am to 10:45am - there will also be an SEND version of this event at 10am on the same day. This must be booked to manage numbers and maintain a relaxed atmosphere.
